Diana Gulotta

Communications

Diana Gulotta has worked for the Hazelwood School District since July, 2005. She oversees all district internal and external communications including all media relations, "Hazelwood News," HSD TV, "HSD E-Mail Extra" and the Hazelwood School District Website.  She also oversees the district print shop, community education program and STARS program.

Gulotta has more than 18 years experience in public education communications. She began her career with the McKinney Independent School District (McKinney, Texas), where she was instrumental in the development of the communication department for one of the fastest growing districts in the nation. She previously spent one year as an education reporter for a community newspaper.

She is currently a board member for the Greater North County Chamber. She is the chairwoman of the Partners in Education committee. She is also a member of the Florissant Rotary Club and Old Jamestown Association, and was named one of North County Incorporated 30 Leaders in their 30’s in 2007. She currently serves as the president of the Missouri School Public Relations Association.

Gulotta received a Bachelor of Arts degree in radio/television from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Arts degree in communications management from Webster University.

She and her husband, Sam, reside in the Hazelwood School District and have two sons; one attends Hazelwood North Middle and one attends Barrington Elementary School.
