Hazelwood Central High School girls' varsity basketball advances to play-offs

The Hazelwood Central High School girls’ varsity basketball team has advanced to the first round of the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Class 5 play-offs.  The Lady Hawks will face Fort Zumwalt South at 7:45 p.m. on March 6, 2013, at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
 
Tickets are available at the door for $6.
 
If the Lady Hawks win the game, they will advance and play the winner of the Cor Jesu Academy/Fort Zumwalt West High School game on March 9. The Lady Hawks enter the play-offs with a win/loss record of 19/8.
