PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support) is a national program Hazelwoood Central has adopted to:

*  teach school appropriate behaviors.

*  encourage teachers to use interventions with students as opposed to punishment.

*  reward students and teachers for exhibiting appropriate behaviors.
