Hazelwood School District Community Response Team

Mission Statement

The Hazelwood School District Community Response Team (CRT) is a multi-disciplinary, geographically specific team of service providers and community members working together to serve students and families within the Hazelwood School District. 

The Hazelwood CRT refers families to community resources and, when possible, provides direct assistance when existing resources are not accessible.

Hazelwood CRT Meeting Dates 2008-2009

The meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at John Knox Presbyterian Church Library, 13200 New Halls Ferry Rd.  (Please park in the rear lot)

If schools are closed due to snow/ice, the CRT meeting will be cancelled. Please call 953-7669 (953-SNOW) to determine if school is closed.
